About Casa Crudo
The journey began as a supper club in chef Tae Lee's and Jake Geragos's college apartment, where food was more than just a meal – it was a passion project. Fast forward, and they blended their Korean and Mediterranean roots at a Los Angeles restaurant.
Next stop: New York City, where their Taco Shop in Grand Central Station and its famous Tacomakase dinners became a hit (thanks, Eater!).
Now, they're bringing the good eats to Florida with Casa Crudo. A restaurant built on tradition and driven by innovation, serving up the best of their childhood flavors through a blending of cultures and, most of all, a love for food.
